Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

 

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Reckless you can exchange or apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in with all original tags attached.

To complete your return, please fill out the Returns Form that was provided to you with your purchase. Please include a receipt or an order number to confirm proof of purchase. Buyers will be responsible for the cost of the return, unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

We recommend that you ship with a tracking number to be able to follow the shipment - Reckless will not be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep a record of your tracking number.

We aim to have your refund/exchange processed within 24 hours of receiving; however, some faults must be approved by management before a refund or replacement can be issued. This process usually takes around 3 business days and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 2-5 business days. If refund is warranted, we will transfer your payment back to the payment method you used at time of purchase.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item that is not fit for use, you will be refunded or the item will be replaced. Please note that faulty goods does not apply to items that have been damaged due to wear and tear or that have been involved in an accident. Items will also not be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed correctly.
