Shipping and Postage

STOCKED ITEM POSTAGE

We aim to dispatch all Reckless orders on stocked items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment in order to determine its location.

All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 Business days unless the products are on ‘pre-order’ status. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and through the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit. You will need to contact Australia Post with your tracking number. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier we will lodge an enquiry via Australia Post from our end. 

STREET WEAR POSTAGE

Our Hoodie's, Long sleeve t-shirts and t-shirts are printed and shipped from a company in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Production time between order placed and shipment is approximately  5-8 Business days. We can not offer express post for any street wear at this time.

PRE ORDER POSTAGE

All pre orders and custom orders go into production after the order is made and invoice is paid (if a bulk order is placed). Lead time for production is 3 weeks then once we receive the items and have checked they are made as required, we will then on forward them to the customer. Usually you will have your products within 3 to 4 weeks. If customers reorder we will usually send to them direct from our factory to save a week in travel time. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PURCHASE 1 STOCKED ITEM AND 1 PRE ORDER or STREET WEAR ITEM YOU WILL BE CHARGED 2 SHIPPING RATES AS THEY WILL BE SHIPPED SEPERATLEY.
